About Me
“My interest in other cultures began at age six when I started studying English — a curiosity that shaped both my career and my coaching philosophy.”
Meet Simona Pappalardo
Founder, Coaching with Simona
A global executive turned leadership coach, speaker, and author, I am passionate about helping leaders, expats, and their families navigate change with confidence, cultural intelligence, and authenticity.
My career spans the semiconductor, electronics, and manufacturing industries, where I held executive roles across Quality, Product Development, and Supply Chain Operations. These experiences taught me the importance of human-centered leadership and equipped me to guide professionals through complex organizational and cultural challenges.
Originally from Milan, Italy, I have lived and worked on three continents — including career chapters in Italy, Malaysia, and the United States. My interest in different cultures began early, when I started studying English at age six, and deepened during my teenage years through study-holidays in England, Scotland, and Ireland. These experiences instilled a lifelong curiosity for learning from others and understanding perspectives beyond my own.
I am a sought-after speaker and advocate for mentorship, inclusion, and redefined success. I have shared my voice on global stages, including a featured talk with the Brightline Initiative at TEDWomen 2017, and a keynote at the Women’s Business Center of Southwest Michigan’s Celebrating the Entrepreneur in All of Us.
Outside of work, I am committed to helping professionals and families turn relocation challenges into opportunities for growth, leadership, and long-term success.
