With a career spanning the semiconductor, electronics, and manufacturing industries, Simona held executive roles across Quality, Product Development, and Supply Chain Operations before founding her own coaching business.
Originally from Milan, Italy, she has lived and worked on three continents — with career chapters in Italy, Malaysia, and the United States.
