Simona Pappalardo is a global executive turned leadership coach, speaker, and author. With a career spanning the semiconductor, electronics, and manufacturing industries, she has held leadership roles across three continents. Today, she helps leaders and expats navigate cultural transitions with courage, confidence, and authenticity.
Originally from Milan, Italy, Simona is married to a Malaysian-born partner and is the proud mother of a three-year-old daughter. Her passion for cultural connection began in childhood and has shaped both her career and her personal life.
